Shipping Information
Order Processing
We carefully prepare each order with museum-quality attention to detail. Please allow:
- 1-2 business days for order processing
- Additional time during peak seasons or for custom items
Shipping Methods
Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery timeframe: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery timeframe: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to Asia and certain remote regions.
Our Returns & Exchanges Policy
“Your satisfaction should shine as brightly as our designer fixtures” — which is why we offer a 15-day window to return or exchange items that don’t illuminate your space as envisioned.
Return Guidelines
- Timeframe: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all protective materials intact
- Proof of Purchase: Include your packing slip or order confirmation
- Return Shipping: Customer responsibility (we recommend insured shipping)
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their custom nature, the following products cannot be returned unless defective:
- Wall Plates
- Electrical Hardware

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds processed within 5 business days
- Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Notification: You’ll receive email confirmation when processed
- Appearance: Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged (a rare occurrence with our double-boxed shipments):

- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost
- In some cases, we may request return of the damaged item
International Returns
For our global customers (excluding Asia and certain remote regions):
